FDH Aero, a global provider of supply chain solutions for the aerospace and defence industry, has announced the grand opening of its newly expanded facility at Seletar Aerospace Park in February, marking a significant milestone in its Asia-Pacific operations.
The facility expansion doubles FDH Aero’s footprint in the region, transforming the Singapore site into a comprehensive regional distribution center. A new floor now features executive offices and modern meeting suites to improve customer collaboration, while the original floor has been fully converted into operations and warehouse space to support future growth in the region. The upgraded facility is expected to improve speed, reliability, and availability of aerospace hardware, electronics, consumables, and expendables, for customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

“The grand opening of our expanded Singapore facility represents a significant milestone in our continued investment in the Asia-Pacific region,” said Mr Matthew Lacki, President of FDH Hardware. “By doubling our space, we are increasing the scale and service of our operations, and empowering our local FDH Aero and PDQ Airspares teams with the environment they need to engage with customers and provide supply chain solutions locally.”
The Singapore facility serves as a key bridge for FDH Aero’s customers across East and South Asia. While the company has long delivered supply chain management services such as engineering support, inventory management, and logistics planning in the region, the expanded facility will enable faster execution and greater local autonomy.
According to Cody Ho, Managing Director of FDH Aero APAC, the new facility brings “strategic decision-making” closer to customers, allowing them to “confidently act in real-time within one of the world’s fastest growing aviation markets.”
The expansion has been driven in part by rising demand and recent contract wins across both commercial and defence sectors. Among these is a long-term strategic partnership with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) to support its C919 platform. The expanded facility also positions FDH Aero to better support sub-tier manufacturers in South Korea and Japan with improved agility and local expertise.
“We are working with our partners to ensure industry-leading on-time performance, backed by quality and engineering capabilities,” Ho added. “Expanding our footprint here ensures we can deliver the safety and uncompromising traceability required for every aircraft we support.”
