Announced on 23 April 2026, Dedienne Aerospace has renewed its exclusive license agreement with RTX’s Collins Aerospace covering both legacy and next-generation nacelle tooling, as well as ground support equipment (GSE) and related services. The agreement also covers a broad scope of activities including sales, maintenance, calibration, leasing and service, extending a relationship that has spanned for a decade.

This renewed partnership helps to streamline maintenance operations by providing operators and MROs with a single-source channel for both legacy and next-generation nacelle tooling and GSE. Coupled with in-region support, this keeps turnaround times closely aligned with maintenance events, ensuring equipment availability, full-lifecycle services, and support to keep aircraft flying.

The mission is clear: keep nacelle equipment available, serviceable and locally supported, delivering the reliability and responsiveness that drive customer satisfaction and keep aircraft flying.”

Echoing this confidence, Kevin Browne, Vice President of Aftermarket at Collins Aerospace, said, “Collins Aerospace values the customer focus and global capability Dedienne Aerospace brings to legacy and new generation nacelle tooling. We are confident in Dedienne Aerospace’s capabilities to deliver reliable equipment availability and responsive regional support to our customers worldwide.”
